A grassroots movement born from the belief that rural communities deserve more —

We were founded by locals who understand the beauty and the challenge of living in remote Alaska, and we are committed to building a future where rural youth are not left behind.

To deliver high-quality education that goes beyond textbooks. We prioritize hands-on learning, Career and Technical Education (CTE), and STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math—so students can gain real-world skills, solve real-world problems, and find purpose in their own communities. Whether it’s welding a greenhouse frame, designing a better chicken waterer, caring for livestock, building a root cellar, or crafting pottery from Alaskan clay, our students are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators.

We’re creating a model. One that can be replicated across rural Alaska to support food security, community wellness, and economic opportunity. Our programs serve children, teens, and adults, integrating education with practical skill-building so entire families—and by extension, entire communities—can grow together.
