Because food security starts at home—but thrives in community. We’re doing this to increase local food production and equip you with the skills, tools, and support to grow real food right here in Nikolaevsk.

1. Soil Testing: Now through MAY 7th
2. Planting Window: May 27 th– June 1st
3. Harvest: This fall (we’ll dig them for you!)

To join the Potato Project, you’ll need:

• 1/4 acre of land
• Your own soil amendments
• Your own irrigation setup

We will provide:

●  Chemical-free seed potatoes

●  Tractor services to:

• Till your new potato patch
• Mix in your amendments
• Hill your potatoes

●  Harvest your crop in the fall

●  Cost: Fuel + $50 per tractor visit
